The Energy Engagement Process
The engagement process consists of a building and energy assessment to provide you with a bespoke solution to your energy needs. This assessment delivers a cost effective solution to provide all of the necessary equipment, installation expertise and project management to ensure the energy consuming plant is renewed and updated, without you having to contribute any of your own capital towards the investment.
The solution delivers the means to repay the investment totally from the income earned through the FiT and the RHI and combines these 2 income streams into a payment that makes the technology from both initiatives commercially viable.
Returns are generally made within a 5 year period, then you receive all of the income for the remainder of the FiT / RHI payment period to do with as you please.
Self-funded
The client provides their own funds to purchase the required technology and benefits from the full returns of the FiT or RHI.
Partly-funded
The client contributes part of the payment to reduce the return on investment payment period to the minimum.
Fully-funded (Commercial only)
Our current solutions are very competitive depending on individual circumstances, and generally use the FiT/ RHI (plus some savings) to cover the required monthly payments.
FiT and RHI are combined with some of the savings achieved by installation and used to pay off the investment (under signed agreement).
Power Purchase Agreements are also available for projects achieving savings from clients’ Monthly energy costs but owned and maintained by the funder.
