Viridian UK keep contact form entries for up to 6 months to enable better customer service. Analytics records are set to expire at 26 months to enable us to see data regarding visits to our website and compare it to the previous year. Customer purchase records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes and customer service records.

If you have made an enquiry over this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
